The California Association for Parent-Child Advocacy is a collaborative, statewide organization which monitors, analyzes, and responds to both legislative and policy initiatives which would affect the education and lifelong prospectsfor students with disabilities in California. In addition, CAPCA provides a network of support for parents, professionals and attorneys who represent children with disabilities and their families. CAPCA provides several levels of support to its members as needed by the membership. This can include active listservs, topic archives, semiannual meetings, and a members section of the web site.
